    Kid at the window was the rudest ever. I waited LITERALLY 45 minutes. The only reason I waited so long was because my passenger was slightly intoxicated and really had their heart set on junk food. I, sober, got to the drive thru line 45 minutes later and told the server/drive up person that I had been waiting for almost an hour. He LAUGHS and says "yeah we're busy". 1) never laugh at a customer 2) I've been in your parking lot for an hour, I know you having been 'busy'. 12:15 AM on August 31,2019 kid working drive up should be fired because he knows nothing about customer service couldn't care lesss , asshole

    Why do I keep giving this place business? My steak egg bagel was disgusting, totally stale and dry yet not cheap ,hash browns are shit ,saturated with an unknown chemical taste ( guess my previous review went unoticed).coffee ,,,,not good at all ,wtf is with these "drink upcharge"?for cream and sugar? You telling me you are seriously going to charge 1.71 for one of those hashbrowns? These new renovations and fancy burgers is the stupidest thing ever, you haven't mastered the simple cheeseburger!

    Worst burger ever. I ordered the Big Mac with cheese. Cold, no lettuce, squashed bun for $5.50. Taste was awful, maybe they added something strange in the sauce-like substance. I will make sure to let everyone I know about my experience with Falmouth's McDonald's.
    Please do not waste your time or money at this place. Burger King is a few blocks south.

    We  ordered 2 mushroom swiss burgers at the drive thru, were told the  price and to pull ahead.  As we were pulling forward the read out came on the screen but we didn't have time to read it.  Arrived home to find we had 1 roll with two burgers, absolutely not what we ordered.  One of us had the burger the other a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.  Next time we'll go to Burger King,
